Who We Are
Megan Bjorklund, MA, LPCC
Owner, Therapist
*Accepting new clients
Megan is a therapist with over ten years of experience providing therapy. Having worked in a variety of settings, she finally sought out to form her own private practice so she could specialize in what she’s passionate about.
With over seven years of clinical experience in EMDR therapy, Megan has seen its profound impact on healing trauma. She supports clients in achieving deeper, integrated change across both mind and body through a carefully guided therapeutic process. After having two children of her own, Megan then saw the need for specialized care for those who were experiencing unique challenges with trying to conceive, are pregnant or postpartum. She received training from Postpartum Support International to help better focus on perinatal care in her practice.
Megan approaches therapy grounded in her own experience as a mother and as a real person navigating life’s challenges. Her approach is a blend of straightforward honesty, warmth, and approachability. She believes you are the expert on your own experience, and her goal is to build a collaborative connection that honors your story.

Alicia Minear
Clinical Trainee
*Accepting new clients
Alicia is a therapist under supervision who is passionate about supporting women, mothers, and couples through life’s most meaningful and challenging seasons. After navigating the pressures of career stress and the identity shifts that often come with adulthood and motherhood, Alicia recognized the importance of having a place where people can feel seen beyond their responsibilities. She is especially passionate about helping clients who are managing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, postpartum changes, trauma, or major life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment-based, person-centered, and somatic perspectives. She believes healing happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences, understand patterns, and reconnect with themselves in both mind and body. Her work focuses on meaningful insight, emotional resilience, and practical growth that supports everyday life.
As a mother herself, Alicia brings empathy and real-world understanding to the counseling relationship. She approaches therapy with warmth, honesty, and a calm presence. She believes each client is the expert of their own story, and her goal is to build a collaborative relationship that honors where you’ve been and supports where you’re going.
